Job Description: Our client are seeking a friendly and organised Administrator with Bookkeeping experience to join their team on a part time, permanent basis. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records, sending out invoices and documentation to clients
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors about the firm’s services
  • Support the accountancy team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
  • Good understanding of Mathematics for invoicing purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice or financial services environment is a plus
