Business Development Manager
Join my clients dynamic team as a Business Development Manager within their Freight forward global team where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and software solutions to help us achieve our business objectives.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our Ocean forwarding and customs clearance sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.

  • Must have experience with Sales in a freight forward company.
  • Excellent experience and knowledge of Ocean Freight market for EU and UK.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role and account management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
