Job Description

Our market leading client in Ireland are seeking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join their busy finance team.

The responsibilities of the credit control team leader will include but not be limited too:

  • Management of customer database
  • Advising customers/sales team on best payment options
  • Encourage and ensure the team act proactively in their day-to-day tasks
  • Escalate issues when appropriate
  • Prepare monthly credit performance reports, allocate credit balances
  • Act timely and accordingly to customer complaints
  • Liaising with other members of the team and wider

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a credit control role in a similar size organisation.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
  • Experience in a shared service environment
  • Able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment and meeting key deadlines with ease
  • Computer literate, logical and have a methodical approach to work
  • A willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines and the needs of the business
  • Excellent customer service relationships, prompt and efficient responses to customers
